Overview & Agreement#
These terms govern your access to and use of RusByte, our web portals (rusbyte.is-a.dev), and all affiliated digital platforms (including FindMe and LojaRoute).
By accessing our platforms or creating an account, you agree to comply with these terms in good faith.
Account Registration & Responsibilities#
Users must meet legal age requirements within their jurisdiction to establish an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
Acceptable Use & Platform Integrity#
You agree not to violate applicable laws, reverse engineer platform architectures, deploy automated scrapers or bots, inject malicious code, or attempt to bypass security boundaries.
Fraudulent activity, impersonation, or submitting counterfeit credentials will result in immediate account termination.
Intellectual Property & Content Rights#
Users retain ownership of content and intellectual property they submit to the platforms.
All RusByte trademarks, brand marks, system architectures, interface designs, and proprietary software remain the exclusive property of RusByte Inc.

RusByte services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RusByte disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
