Policy Scope#
This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited behaviors across all RusByte systems, web portals, APIs, and client platforms. It applies to all registered users and visitors.
Prohibited Actions#
Submitting forged, stolen, altered, or misleading identity credentials or business records.
Deploying automated scrapers, crawlers, or harvesting tools to collect candidate profiles or platform data.
Attempting to bypass authentication gates, rate governance rules, or data access boundaries.
Using RusByte communication systems for spam, phishing, extortion, or deceptive practices.
Enforcement & Penalties#
Policy violations are reviewed by studio compliance personnel. Consequences include formal warnings, temporary restrictions, immediate account termination, and legal referral where warranted.
